Visitor Terms and Conditions 

1. Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Visitors attending TCT 3Sixty.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to all persons or organisations who the Company engages with in the context of TCT 3Sixty and who are present during the course of the Show, including but not restricted to Speakers, contractors and photographers.
1.3. All offers and invitations are made and Registrations accepted subject to these Terms and Conditions and no addition to, or variation of, such Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed to by the Company in writing.
1.4. Any Registrations made with and confirmed by the Company shall constitute unqualified acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions (of the Visitor or otherwise), the former shall prevail unless expressly otherwise agreed by the Company in writing.
1.6. The Company reserves the right to alter and update Terms and Conditions from time to time. Those in force for an individual or organisation will be the version applicable at the time of Registration.

2. Definitions and Interpretation
2.1. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings
“Visitor” means any individual, firm or corporate body (which expression shall, where the context so admits, include its successors and assigns) which makes a Registration with the Company to attend TCT 3Sixty Exhibition & Conferences;
“Company” means Rapid News Publications Ltd, Carlton House, Chester Business Park, Chester, CH4 9QE Company Number 2721194. Registered in England VAT Registration No. GB 840 5970 20.
“Registration” means the application by a person for free admission to the Exhibition and Conferences and the Company’s acceptance of the application; “Supplier” means any individual, firm or corporate body (which expression shall, where the context so admits, include its successors and assigns) which supplies products or services to Media Owners;
“Media Owner” means any individual, firm or corporate body (which expression shall, where the context so admits, include its successors and assigns) which main business is to create and supply edited content through publications, the internet, events or other media distribution channels; “Conferences” mean that part of TCT 3Sixty where Visitors attend in order to hear from expert Speakers and participate in group discussion in the main exhibition hall; “Exhibition” means that part of TCT 3Sixty where Suppliers Register to meet and talk to Visitors in the main exhibition hall.

3. Definitions and Interpretation
3.1. The Company will use reasonable care and skill in providing TCT 3Sixty, including the Conferences & Exhibition.

4. Visitor Attendance
4.1 All visitors must register for the Show
4.2 Visitors do not have to pay for entry to the Exhibition. Entry provides access to free areas.
4.3 Visitor registration includes one person's entry to the Exhibition and Conferences.
4.4. Proof of identify must be provided in advance of entry where applicable. In event of not being provided, this may result in no access to the event or specialist featured area
4.5. Conference places for Registrants are limited and are offered subject to availability.
4.6. Registration does not include travel to or from the Event, any accommodation or other costs incurred in attending the Show.
4.7. All conference programmes are subject to change.
4.8. Fees may apply to specialist featured areas. These are listed on the website. These include Conferences, Networking, Meeting. Where appropriate:
4.8.1. Fees are correct at the time of purchase.
4.8.2. Fees must be made in advance of entry
4.8.3. Fees are payable at the same time as you submit your booking form by BACS or debit/credit card. You acknowledge that the Organiser cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.
4.8.4. Fees include one place at the Event, and any event materials as promoted

5. Definitions and Interpretation
5.1. During attendance at the Conferences or visit to the Exhibition a Visitor agrees to comply with the following:
5.1.1 Shall behave in accordance with safety regulations, public order regulations, and other rules applying.
5.1.2 Be obliged to immediately follow any directions and instructions given by officials of TCT 3Sixty or staff from the venue. Should any official consider that the Visitor is behaving in any manner that contravenes regulations, standards, directions or instructions, he/she may be denied further attendance at the Conference or admission to the Exhibition.
5.1.3 Shall not hinder other visitors, including, but not exclusively, by blocking for a long period their view of presentations or exhibition displays or by making noise or other nuisance.
5.1.4 Shall not eat food except in the cafe/restaurant and the outside areas; this being without prejudice to the obligation to consume some form of refreshment when using the cafe/restaurant; food and bottles of drinks may not be taken into the exhibition areas.
5.1.5 Shall only use a mobile phone or other electronic equipment with consideration of other people.
5.1.6 Shall not touch objects on display unless this is explicitly permitted.
5.1.7 Shall not take photographs or make video or film recordings without written consent of the Company.
5.1.8 Shall not carry out any commercial activity or promotion except on exhibition stands without the prior agreement of the Company.
5.1.9 Hand in lost property found to a member of the staff or to the reception desk of the Show.
5.1.10 Keep within the areas of the Show and Conference venue that they are permitted admission to TCT 3Sixty.
5.1.11 Professional photography and filming may be carried out at the Show and Visitors agree that any images featuring them may be used for promotional purposes in perpetuity.
5.2. No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend TCT 3Sixty due to a large amount of live & working machinery at the Show.
5.3. Exhibition Visitors are entitled to access the Conference sessions.
5.4. A Visitor shall be liable for any damage caused by any object (or similar) which he/she has taken with him/her. All bags may be subject to searches.
5.5 Confirmations of Registration are valid for both days of the Show, during opening times only.
5.6. A Visitor shall enter the Show and venue at his/her own expense and risk.
5.7. The Company will endeavour to provide Visitors and others interested in the Show with up to date information and other information relating to the Show but cannot be held liable for non-receipt of that information.
5.8. Visitors should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.

6. Variation and Amendments
6.1. The Company reserves the right to do the following:
6.1.1 Amend any accidental error or omission in Conferences or Exhibition descriptions.
6.1.2 Amend any offers in order to reflect a change in the circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
6.1.3 Cancel or change the Speakers, format, features, content, location, timing or any other aspect of TCT 3Sixty, at any time, without liability.
6.1.4 Subcontract the performance of any of its obligations to a third party subject to the Terms and Conditions remaining the same. Where the Company sub-contracts the performance of any of its obligation under these Terms and Conditions to any person, the Company shall be responsible for the acts or omissions of the sub-contractor(s) as if it were an act or omission of the Company itself.

7. Cancellations, Termination and Transfer
7.1. If the Visitor wishes to cancel or amend their Registration, they may do so at any time by logging back into their Registration page and making the necessary amendments/cancellation.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Registration for any reason without liability.
7.3. The Company may cancel, postpone or change the date of TCT 3Sixty or any part of it including the Conferences, or Exhibition at any time, for any reason, whether within the company's reasonable control or not, without liability. Any Registration will be valid for any new date for the Show.

8. Privacy and Data
8.1. The data we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

In summary, we will use your information to send you your registration details. We will also use it to send you information about the event, event partners, newsletters, a physical copy of the magazine if selected and qualify, updates about any subscription, and information relating to other relevant products and services. You always have a choice and can opt-out at any time here

8.2. The contact details of registered Visitors will be placed on the attendee list and used by the Company for future contact.

9. Websites & Links
9.1. The Show website and other marketing and social networking websites may link too and from other websites for the benefit and convenience of the users. The content of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which the Company accepts no responsibility. A full privacy policy can be found on the Show website.

10. Speakers
10.1. Speakers, who may also be Visitors at the Conferences & Exhibition are subject to the same Terms and Conditions at the Show. In addition they, by accepting the invitation to speak, unless they inform the Company otherwise before the Show, agree:
10.2. that the Company may use the Speaker’s presentation materials and name for promoting Visitor attendance.
10.3. that the Company may record, video or film the Speaker’s session and the recording may be reproduced and sold as part of the overall conference materials.
10.4. That the Company may upload the Speaker’s presentation electronically to the Show website.

11. Liability and Indemnity
11.1. If the Company breaches the agreement by not using reasonable care and skill and this breach can be remedied the Company will remedy it at no extra cost to the Visitor.
11.2. The Company shall only be liable for damage sustained by the Visitor that is a direct consequence of gross negligence or of an intentional act or omission on the part of the Company. Liability is, in any case, limited to the lower of the following two sums: a) the sum paid out to the Company by its insurance company relating to that particular claim; or b)reimbursement made to the Company by a third party with respect to the damage relating to that particular claim.
11.3. If TCT 3Sixty is cancelled or terminated then the following provisions shall apply:
11.3.1 where such cancellation or termination occurs due to reasons which are within the Company's reasonable control the Company shall refund to the Delegate or Visitor any payment received, within 8 weeks, but no further compensation or payment for any other reason.
11.3.2 If TCT 3Sixty is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company any payments by Visitors will not be refunded in full.
11.4. The Company accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage to property or persons at TCT 3Sixty, whether direct, consequential or indirect including but not limited to injury, lost property, lost profits, salary, money or savings. Subject to the extent permitted by relevant law. It is the responsibility of the Visitor to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the Show.
11.5. Speakers or Exhibitors views and advice are their own and the Company disclaims all liability for advice and opinions given. Documents distributed at the Show are intended for information only and should not be relied upon.

12. Force Majeure
12.1. Neither Party to these Terms and Conditions shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that Party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Party in question.

13. Waiver
13.1. No waiver by the Company of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Visitor shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. A waiver of any term, provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if given in writing and signed by the waiving party and then only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given.
13.2. No failure or delay on the part of any Party in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of it, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.

14. Severance
14.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.

15. Copyright
15.1. The Company reserves all copyright and any other rights (if any) which may subsist in the products of, or in connection with, the provision of TCT 3Sixty Conferences & Exhibition. The Company reserves the right to take such actions as may be appropriate to restrain or prevent infringement of such copyright.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
16.2. For the exclusive benefit of TCT 3Sixty, TCT 3Sixty shall also retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
