By blending traditional model-making skills with the latest technology, we ensure our prototypes support world-class design consultancies. Our comprehensive manufacturing processes allow us to deliver a solution for any project – taking your concept design to where it needs to be – from product development to prototyping and pre-production.

For CNC machining, we excel in machining complex concept models or components that other machine shops may not want to tackle. We can work directly from supplied 3D CAD files, machining in specialist or production-intended materials, including ceramics and titanium.

Our prototype engineers’ knowledge and skills produce a model that is as visually exact as the end product. We ensure accuracy and detail, whatever your requirements.

When it comes to low volume manufacture, our unique in-house vacuum-casting techniques advances traditional vacuum casting in accuracy and visual finish. Rapid processing saves time and money, while the finished, highly accurate components can be self-coloured with an injection-moulded quality, tool-surface finish.

Our 3D print department will take you from a single part to low-volume manufacture, with a range of technologies in-house, including Carbon 3D. We provide prototypes for fit and function as well as printed production, with streamlined processes easing the time and cost to market.
